Get ready to unleash your creativity! The annual Thompson Library Storybook Pumpkin Patch is returning, and we want your family's help to fill the library with amazing literary art. This is your chance to transform a fake pumpkin or gourd (no real ones, please!) into a beloved character from your favorite book.
We've set aside a generous window for turning in your incredible creations! You can drop off your fantastic storybook pumpkins in the library between October 6th and October 27th. Please note that to ensure safety and easy display, we ask that students be able to carry their creations independently when they bring them in.
The fun continues with voting by teachers and students, which will take place from October 28th to October 31st. We'll be recognizing the most creative entries! Six winners from grades K-2 and six from grades 3-5 will receive a special award, plus serious bragging rights for their artistic efforts. We can't wait to see your favorite stories come to life!
